HR Trainee
(Part-time, Location: Budapest, Hungary)
* Are you an active full-time student at a Hungarian university with at least 1 full year of active status ahead?
* Are you studying Economics, Human Resources, or a related field with HR specialization?
* Can you work 20-30 hours per week alongside your studies?
* Do you speak fluent Hungarian and English, both written and spoken?

YOUR responsibilities as an HR Trainee will include (but not limited to):
As an HR Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of HR topics and contribute to the smooth running of our people-related processes:
* Assisting in HR-related administration and daily operational tasks
* Contributing to the organization of internal events, and engagement activities
* Helping to maintain HR databases and records up-to-date
* Providing general support in ongoing HR projects and initiatives
* Supporting recruitment activities (CV screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates)

We are looking for an HR Trainee with the following profile:
* Ongoing university studies in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field with HR specialization
* Active student status for at least 1 more year in a Hungarian University
* Availability to work 20-30 hours/week with a flexible schedule
* Languages: fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
* Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), familiarity with HR systems is an advantage
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
* Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn about HR in practice
