Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Manage Flight Instructors (Ground Instructor, Synthetic Flight Instructors, Type Rating Instructor/ Examiners) Training profile
* Create and manage ATO Instructors folders and maintain/ update their profile (competencies, qualifications- initial, renewal, revalidation, training, relevant forms, passport, license, medical etc.) in accordance with Airbus procedures
* Update Instructor competencies in MyTeam and dedicate shared folders according their training path and related follow up forms
* Electronic & paper archiving data of all trainings and checks and in My Team and on proper server
* Provide a 12 month sliding training forecast for Instructors
* Support Instructor competency Manager with day to day tasks.
Minimum Requirements:

* Should be fluent in English with excellent computer skills
* Should be able to take initiatives and work under pressure
* Should be a team player and have a proactive approach with colleagues
* Should be able to work in a multicultural environment
* Shall have a fair knowledge of the regulatory needs of the business
