Job Description
* Assist the project sales team with documentation and data entry.
* Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure timely execution of project documents.
* Handle administrative tasks such as compile product specification and organizing files.
* Support in maintaining and updating of project documents timelines and deliverables.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales administration function
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced corporate setting
