We are seeking for bright university students to join our Internship Program. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific internship project in our Operations Function to be placed in Karawang.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

* Conduct shopfloor observation and improvement from existing time study to understand current production workflows and identify inefficiencies and potential additional risks
* Apply ECRS methodology to analyze opportunities for process improvement
* Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and potential risks with minimal supervision by exploring existing data and resources first
* Develop visual dashboards or reports (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to clearly communicate insights and improvement opportunities
* Support digitalization of manual or semi-manual shopfloor data
* Assist in deploying new governance practices at the floor level (visual management, standard work tracking, checkpoints, etc.)
* Collaborate with operators, engineers, and supervisors to gather accurate information and validate findings as well as provide comprehensive risk analyses for work process improvement project during batch implementation to all LUs at SKM
* Support traceability improvement initiatives related to product quality (as a side project, depending on progress)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

Coming from industrial background is a plus point
*
Strong digital literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel (Power BI is a plus)
*
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with strong observation skills
*
Able to structure work with clear milestones and timelines
*
Proactive, self-driven, and willing to learnAble to communicate and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders (including shopfloor teams)
*
Comfortable working with data and turning insights into actionable recommendations
