Descripción de la oferta

In the Rome Business School we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Academic Intern to join our dynamic team.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operations of a business school. The ideal candidate will support the department in the coordination of our programs and contribute to daily administrative and academic activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the coordination and support of our programs.
* Send invitations and follow-ups to professors and guest lecturers.
* Provide direct support to the Academic Department Manager, especially Faculty Manager and Certfications and Accreditation Manager
* Execute general administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, documents, and records.
* Create Corporate Power Point presentations

Requisitos

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (preferrably Humanities Field or Education Management, Higher Education Studies, or Pedagogy)
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) (C1 level or above);
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Interest in the academic field and educational environments.
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
