We are looking for a motivated Intern to support the Business Process & IT Department in planning, executing and coordinating both internal and external initiatives aimed at keeping momentum and motivation high during the ongoing Digital Transformation to which the BP & IT team is essential. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience business process management and IT operations, program and project management support, and executive communication, while working closely with the IT Director and top management.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Apply Enterprise Architecture principles: Help map the current and future state of our business capabilities, to align innovation with our Digital Strategy.

* Support portfolio governance: Work with the BP&IT teams to monitor and improve the progress of our Digital Transformation Program.

* Communicate transformation progress: Prepare dashboards, presentations, and insights for Executive Management decision-making.

* Reinforce alignment among internal teams: Support internal communication of IT programs, initiatives, and updates to all stakeholders.

* Contribute to cross-functional meetings and workshops planning and execution.

Profile:

* University student or graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.

* Strong communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex technological topics.

* Organized, proactive, analytical, and eager to bridge business and technology.

* Curious about enterprise digital transformation.

* Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and in AI tools is a plus.

* Fluent in English and Italian. German is a plus.
