Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the implementation of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including questionnaire finalization and testing
* Assist with providers management, data collection, data cleaning, coding and review, and report drafting
* Extract first relevant insights and help Senior Researchers turn them into stories
* Contribute to all project delivery phases to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
* Help unlock the power of data, delivering significant improvements in growth, efficiency, and effectiveness for clients
Requirements
* University degree in Communication, Economics, or relevant studies
* Good knowledge of English
* Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
* Data interpretation skills
* Storytelling skills
* Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail in data review, coding, and reporting
* Able to work in a team
* Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Able to consider different perspectives and propose alternative approaches to research and interpretation
* Takes initiative in research tasks and asks thoughtful questions to add clarity
* Approaches tasks and teamwork constructively
We offer a 6-month internship with a monthly compensation of EUR800. This is a hybrid position.
