Valentino is looking for a Talent Acquisition Europe Intern who will be included in the HR Europe Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:

* Support the recruitment process with for Europe Retail population (job posting, CV screening, interviews/assessment, on boarding)

* Support the maintenance and update of the Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards in alignment with Valentino metrics and KPIs

* Collaborate with local HR teams across European countries to ensure alignment in recruitment practices and employer branding

* Provide general support on the Europe HR team's special projects and initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Economics or Humanistic subjects

* Master in HR will be considered a plus

* Previous experience in recruiting in multinational company or recruiting agency is a nice to have

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel)

* Fluent both in English and Italian other languages are a plus.

* Interest and knowledge of the retail sector and fashion industry is a plus.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment, manage multiple priorities and "thinking out of the box" approach

* Excellent time management and organizational and problem-solving skill
