#ELC HR Training & People Engagement
The Role
The HR Training & People Engagement Assistant will be an integral part of our HR team, supporting daily operations and contributing to impactful projects. From recruitment activities to training initiatives, you will gain hands-on experience in the core areas of Human Resources within a dynamic, international environment.
Key Performance Areas
* Support the development and implementation of training plans and funded training projects;
* Assist with HR management and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring smooth processes and a positive employee experience;
* Recruitment activities: craft and publish job postings, screen CVs, and support the selection process;
* Collaborate with the administration team to ensure compliance during onboarding and prepare intern contracts;
* Create reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements
* Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field;
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities;
* Proficiency in English and Italian;
* Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook);
* Empathetic, open-minded, and collaborative, with a positive attitude;
* Appreciated previous experience in HR departments
