As a Sales Assistant Intern, you will contribute to how our brands come to life in the Pharma & Specialized channel, for our Sales division in Milan we are looking as of now for a Sales Assistant Intern.
During your internship you'll be part of a dynamic and passionate team leading the most important innovation for the company and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.
About the job
In details, you'll support the Sales Team in the following activities:
* Support in the Management of the top Customers and planning of the promotional plan
* Support in the Sales Agents management and incentives definition
* Category and assortment analysis
* Trade spending analysis for the Customers
* Planning of the sell- out activities in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Team
* Development in the implementation for the plan for the Channel and for the Customer
* Follow up of the category activities in the stores

* Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing or Management Engineering;
* Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
* Previous experience in Sales will be a plus;
* Structured and analytical way of working;
* Relational skills and flexibility;
* Previous experience in Sales will be a plus;
* Excel and Power Point knowledge;
