Responsibilities - Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs and statutory reporting; - Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy; - Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes; - Provide payroll reporting & analysis and assist with internal and external audits; - Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA; - Develop relationships with authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc; - Partner and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to elevate employee experience

Minimum Qualifications - Sensitivity to numbers and are comfortable working with data - Good collaborator and team player; - Comfortable working in a fast paced environment; - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
