As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Acquire and manage Brazilian top business partners to kick off business for the consumables category. 2. Build and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign. 3. Help business partners gradually expand exposure by leveraging creators' capabilities or building their own. 4. Discover new collaborative opportunities for partners' short-term and long-term development plans. 5. Maintain service quality provided by partners - low cancelation and return rate, reviews, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction. 6. Utilize data proficiently to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritize solutions

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications 1. Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related fields 2. Proven experience in interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills. 3. Proactive self-learner, open to navigating uncertain and exploratory business scenarios. 4. Able to commit to a minimum working duration of 6 months or 1 year Preferred Qualifications 1. Strong analytical skills, with a structured and critical approach to problem-solving;
