The Human Resources Intern will involve assisting and supporting the HR team in their day-to-day operations at CANAL+ Myanmar. The HR intern will provide an assistance/support with recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR-related activities.

This internship will provide you with valuable experience and insights into the field of Human Resources. The initial contract will be for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Training

* Assist in creating in posting job vacancies on various job portals.

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.

* Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

* Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops.

* Help track training attendance and maintain training records.

HR Services

* Support the on boarding process for new employees.

* Help maintain HR databases and update employee information as required.

* Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, and company-wide celebrations.

* Assist in administering employee attendance and leave management.

* Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.

* Assist in different ad-hoc HR services as necessary

Qualifications

* Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Burmese.

* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

* Basic understanding of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with using new technologies.

* Demonstrated eagerness to learn, contribute to team efforts, and grow professionally
