You will support the Enterprise Platforms (EP) Tech Advisory Team as a delivery-focused trainee, partnering with Regions and Functions to help shape EP product strategy, drive portfolio transparency, and reinforce end-to-end accountability across initiatives.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Portfolio transparency & reporting - Maintain clear, current views of the EP portfolio (status, milestones, risks), ensuring information is consolidated and easy to consume for stakeholders across Regions and Functions,
Roadmap visualization - Build and continuously improve visual roadmaps of the team's activities, turning complex plans into compelling, branded narratives that help stakeholders align on priorities and progress,
Delivery follow-through - Stay engaged through delivery, help track progress, support transitions to support/operations, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement,
Stakeholder collaboration - Work closely with Product Teams, Chapters/Dev Factories, and regional partners, contribute to meeting notes, follow-ups, and status updates that keep everyone aligned,
Tool stewardship:
Use Asana to help drive and maintain the roadmap, correct/update project statuses, and support work planning,
Use ServiceNow (PPM) as the central source for project budget and health tracking, help ensure statuses in SNOW are up-to-date and consistent with complementary tools,
Presentation & branding - Create executive-ready slides and visual materials in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint/Excel/SharePoint), reflecting EP Tech Advisory's voice and visual identity.

What you need to succeed
Very good English (C1)—able to write clearly, present confidently, and work with global stakeholders,
Strong communication and organization, open-minded, collaborative, and comfortable working across cultures and time zones,
Proficiency in PowerPoint (visual storytelling), Excel (status & KPIs), and SharePoint/OneDrive,
A keen eye for design and clarity—able to translate complex delivery plans into visuals that “tell the story",
Ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn quickly within a fast-moving product and advisory context.
Nice to have: ServiceNow PPM and Asana
