Our Internship Program will provide you with a unique opportunity to work on real-life projects with top specialists in the field. You will be assigned a Mentor who will support your growth and development.

As GBS HR Services Intern you'll be involved in administrative tasks in all Hire-to-Retire processes. We'll introduce you to the world of both HR and customer service because our team is a mix of both. The role will focus on providing support for SN associates within HR area, working in Workday system, issuing documents, and taking care of employees' personnel files. We support associates in all SN locations within EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa).

Planned start date: 1st July 2024

Program length: 12 months

Location: Wroclaw S+N office, Poland (hybrid)

What will you be doing?

As a GBS HR Services intern you will be responsible for:

* Being first point of contact to our customer base for HR queries.
* Provide support to our customer base on all core processes provided by HR Services.
* Caseload management, responding to all employee HR queries within agreed SLAs and in line with the processes of the Global Business Services function.
* Reviewing and approving notifications in Workday in line with processes.
* Producing relevant paperwork in line with agreed processes and timelines.
* Administrative and system support on all HR Cycles as required including on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management cycle.
* Maintaining Personnel files (both e-filing & onsite archive).

What will you need to be successful?

* Be enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree.

* Fluent English.
* Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Any additional European language at level at least B1 would be a great asset.
* Previous applicable intern, part-time or apprenticeship experience is preferred.
* Can-do attitude is key - we'll teach you the rest!
