About the Role
* Administrative support in HR and payroll activities
* Issuing employee certificates and confirmations
* Archiving documents in electronic personnel files
* Preparing reports and HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, employee letters)
* Supporting payroll list verification
* Administrative support in the employee benefits area
* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, tables)
* Interest in developing within HR, payroll, and benefits administration
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data
* Good work organization and teamwork skills
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to handle basic tasks independently after onboarding
