Your Tasks
Job Purpose - Work with the Category Lead to identify Revenue Growth opportunities, driving Assortment Distribution, Visibility, Pricing & Promotion, maximizing sales opportunities with the intent to (over)deliver topline (NS & VMS) in a sustainable way (GM%) in the short and long run for Cosmetics.
Main challenges and responsibilities:
* Assortment/Distribution: Setting the targets and monitoring the evolution of distribution regarding Innovations and top Franchises per Customer & Channel.
* Visibility - Manage AI based tool to improve assortment and POS efficiency, maximizing availability and visibility on shelf.
* Pricing - Monitor and evaluate pricing within each category.
* Promotions - Support the development of promotional plans with our Customer Category &bPromo Managers. Pre & Post evaluate promotional performance internally and externally to ensure our activity is effective within each category and retailer, making recommendations on how to improve the promo strategy and planning
Key Interfaces are Shopper & Customer Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Finance Teams
Your Profile
Hard skills
* Degree in Business Administration, Management Information or Industrial Management.
* Master Frequency or Master completed.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
* High proficiency in MS Office applications (namely Excel and Power Point);
* Power BI and SAP analysis for office are an added value
Soft Skills
* Strong sense of financial analysis and evaluation;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* A good mix of proactivity, creativity, problem solving and analytical thinking;
* Interest in AI and willingness to navigate in big data transforming complex data
* into actionable insights
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
* Collaborative team player and relationship building oriented; Ability to work cross

Availability for office in Paço de Arcos (min. 3 days a week in office + 2 days home office)
