Tasks and Responsibilities

Crew Development's vision is to be the strategic anchor of the crew workforce, bringing coherence across the crew lifecycle so capability, capacity, and sustainability are aligned with NetJets' long-term direction.

Our Summer Internship is targeted at students who are in the last year of their Bachelor Degree or currently taking a Master's Degree.

About the Project:

A significant amount of manual effort is required to reconcile and compare data between different tracking sheets, reports and platforms. These processes are repetitive, inefficient, and divert attention from higher-value tasks.
The Summer intern would be tasked with designing and implementing automations, namely:
* Automate recurring comparisons between critical datasets, ensuring faster, more accurate reporting.
* Minimise manual data handling, reducing the risk of errors and inconsistencies.
* Free up staff resources within Crew Development and other impacted teams, allowing them to focus on more strategic initiatives.
* Establish a scalable set of automation tools that can be maintained and enhanced in the future, setting a precedent for smarter data management.
* Improve response time and reliability in answering operational, planning, and compliance-related queries.
