More about this role
As a Category Planning Intern, you will support the development and execution of category strategies that drive growth across our iconic brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to turn insights into impactful actions.
This is a full-time role, based in Bucharest for a duration of 4 months.

Your responsibilities:
* Support category analysis using market data, shopper insights, and internal reports
* Assist in preparing recommendations for category growth and optimization
* Collaborate with Sales teams on customer presentations and category reviews
* Help monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Contribute to the development of tools and reports that support decision-making

What we're looking for:
* Student or recent graduate (Business, Economics, Finance or a related field)
* Previous internship experience in consumer marketing or a related field is a plus; sales experience is also valued
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Interest in FMCG and category management
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
* Strong level of English
