Job Description

* Support in Lean processes: 5S, Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP); Employee Suggestion System (ESS); Flow Oriented Layout (FOL); Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
* Support in improvement of processes to increase employees' satisfaction
* Collecting production management data
* Lean training of employees
* Other tasks given by mentor

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, etc
* Advanced Excel skills
* Proactive and structured work
* Good organizational and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork
* Fluency in English; additional language would be considered as advantage
* Knowledge of Lean management would be considered as advantage
