Descripción del puesto:
* Identify and source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn and Employee Referrals
* Screen resumes and manage the candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Coordinate and schedule volume interviews between candidates and hiring managers
* Manage high-potential candidates across the recruitment funnel, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience
* Support the design and continuous improvement of hiring processes to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience
* Coordinate with local market teams to track recruitment progress and ensure timely delivery of hiring milestones
* Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
* Prepare and organise recruitment materials and documentation (e.g. case studies, resumes) and support data dashboards and reporting
* Assist in other HR and recruitment-related projects as needed
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you're comfortable talking to people and building relationships
* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
* Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
* Comfortable working with data and Excel/Google Sheets
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
