Your day to day
* Support regional projects focused on improving restaurant and bar performance, including menu reviews and competitor insights
* Assist with the rollout of initiatives designed to enhance guest experience and drive revenue across multiple hotels
* Coordinate with teams to track project progress, gather feedback, and support implementation across locations
* Help organise and manage stakeholder meetings, communications, and follow-ups for key initiatives
* Contribute to ongoing analysis and insights that help refine processes and improve operational outcomes
What we need from you
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
