About the Program

At Aspire, we are continuously investing in future talent to support the growth of Aspire Financial platform. As we scale across markets and expand our products and services, we welcome interns to help build our product and organisation.
Our Internship Program is designed to build a strong early-career pipeline and offer students and graduates meaningful exposure to a fast growing fintech environment.

What you will do

You will work on topics such as:
* Sales & Growth - internal sales, Customer Success and channel Partnership
* Growth - Go-to-market strategy & execution
* Marketing - Digital campaigns, content, Growth Marketing

You will:
* Support ongoing business projects
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Take ownership of defined tasks
* Learn from experienced managers

Who We're Looking For
* Students in final year, recent graduates from top universities and schools
* Interest in fintech, startups, or SaaS
* Strong communication skills
* Proactive,flexible and reliable mindset
