Job Title: Intern For Package Development Engineering - Technology Development

Job Description

To learn how to conduct Technical Risk Assessment on Micron's upcoming products.

To acquire basic knowledge on how to setup and review the engineering process and tool baseline readiness.

To learn how to deploy new silicon processing recipe to local tool and generate the first pass baseline.

Learn how to collect and analyze internal key quality characterization data.

To learn on how to develop process parameters modelling for simulation inputs Learn how to review reliability data to ensure the silicon technode meets product specification and acquire proper documentation to meet internal standards.

Project Assignment

Wire bond 1st Bond Parameter Characterization

Learning Outcomes

New simulation working model for SDBG process parameters.

Skillset Require

* Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, typescript, JavaScript, standard SQL will be added advantage.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools and libraries.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills in diverse culture environment.
