Internship - Engineering Documentation Support 1SAP

The student will support OSAT Technical Documents integration to oneSAP systems & methodology (oneSAP Cypress legacy). The student will also get to learn more about Infineon's structure and working environment in the OSAT team.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Prepare and validate creation of Marking Instructions, Assy specs, bonding diagrams, and packing info
* Release Technical Documents (TD) to subcontractors via TDOC and manage the approval workflow
* Conduct random sampling and formal audits of TDs for compliance with internal and customer standards
* Resolve TD discrepancies arising from internal reviews or subcontractor feedback, including root cause analysis
* Drive TD systems automation by identifying workflow bottlenecks and collaborating with IT on tool enhancements
Internship Learning Outcomes
* Understand IFX TD workflow & systems
* Gain exposure to different department collaborations related to TD
* Proactively identifying and preventing documentation failures
* Using analytics to optimize workflows
* Opportunity to lead the adoption of new systems and automation tools
* Transforming subcontractor relationships from transactional to collaborative
* Building a self-sustaining ecosystem of documentation expertise

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* On track to attaining Bachelor Engineering major in EE or EEE / Computer Science / Data analytics /Material / Mechanical Engineering
* Knowledge in data analytics & computer software(s)
* Outspoken & with strong team spirit mindset
* Computer literate
* Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 - Dec 26
