HR Intern (6 month)

Descripción del puesto:

* Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and actively source suitable candidates
* Conduct talent mapping to analyze the talent landscape and identify potential candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels to attract talent
* Provide end to end support of key recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, planning logistics and coordinating candidate communications
* Support the team in internal engagement events
* Assist in preparing communication materials for internal communication channels
* Support in ad-hoc tasks and projects for other HR verticals as required

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Students majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or IT equivalent field
* Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving
* Meticulous with a keen eye for details and organized
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
