Join Birkenstock as a Business Development Intern SEA and support lead generation, market research, and sales operations while gaining hands-on experience in client engagement and business growth across Southeast Asia.

YOUR SHOES TO FILL
* Market Research: Identify potential clients, analyze competitors, and uncover market opportunities to support sales growth
* Lead Generation: Support outreach through emails and calls to generate and qualify new business leads
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking within the CRM system
* Sales Support: Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation for client engagement
* Collaboration & Reporting: Work with marketing on campaigns and support sales tracking through reports and performance insights

YOUR WALK OF LIFE
* Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
* Interest & Motivation: Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and teams
* Organization: Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Mindset & Tools: Proactive, positive, and eager to learn, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
