About this opportunity
We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for an HR Administrator at Ericsson. In this role, you will be part of the dynamic Taiwan HR team, working closely with experienced professionals who cover the full employee lifecycle.
Beyond local operations, you will gain a regional perspective early in your career by collaborating with Northeast Asia (NEA) HR teams and global colleagues. This position offers a comprehensive view of how HR operates end-to-end, serving as a strong stepping stone toward a career in HR Delivery (operations and compliance) or as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).

What you will do
* HR Operations & Administration: support daily HR processes including leave management, probation tracking, and employee data maintenance.
* Employee Activities & Coordination: assist in organizing employee events and well-being initiatives, including logistics, communication, and vendor coordination.
* HR Support & Compliance: support HR documentation, reporting, work permit/visa processing, and handle basic employee inquiries and ad-hoc tasks.

The skills you bring
Essential (Day One):
* Language Proficiency: Fluent English (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening) is mandatory for regional collaboration.
* Mindset: A sharp eye for detail, comfort with numbers, and a data-oriented mindset.
* Core Competencies: Business Writing, and Stakeholder Management.
We will help you build (On-the-job):
* HR Expertise: Working knowledge of Taiwan Labor Standards Act, HR Regulations, and HR Daily Operations.
* Advanced Systems: Proficiency in SAP, and applied AI tools in HR workflows.
