Job Description
Key Responsibilities upon receiving trainings:
* Department Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, managing calendars, and providing reminders.
* Communication: Handling Personnel Announcement and other announcements from department towards Mobility areas.
* Event Coordination: Organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
* Administrative Support: Managing department's capacity, and other administrative tasks.
* Project Management: Assisting with special projects and providing updates.
* Budget Controlling: Controlling department's budget
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Qualifications
* Entitled as full-time student major in Economics/Languages, ... during internship period
* No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
* Languages: English (Intermediate level), Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
* Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power point...) in required
* Strong organizational and time management skills: be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for handling correspondence and liaising with others.
* Discretion and confidentiality: PAs often handle sensitive information and need to maintain confidentiality.
* Problem-solving and initiative: be able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
* Strong interpersonal skills: be able to interact with a variety of people and build relationships.
* Ability to work under pressure: wwork in fast-paced environments and need to be able to handle stress
