Job Description
This position will support EHS (Environment, Health and Safety Department) team with these following duties:
* Coordinate to arrange logistics of training classes as legal requirements
* Supporting in general administrative activities, such as design and issue team brochures, stamps, labels, and instructions
* Contribute to carrying out entry and exit processes
* Make daily and monthly report for access control
* Co-ordinate and support for team meetings, training
* Assist associates in taking general actions/tasks
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Qualifications
* Undergraduate student majored in Labor and Safety /Environment / Technical are preferred or other majors
* Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory)
* Commitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week
* Good at MS office (Word, Excel, Power point)
* Capable of communicating in English (both verbal and non-verbal)
* Willing-to-learn attitude
* Reliable, careful, pro-active, high-disciplined
* Non-experience is accepted
