Are you passionate about communication, storytelling, and helping people understand complex topics in a simple way? As a Data Communication & Change Analyst, you will join an international team driving the company's Data Strategy transformation. Your mission will be to create engaging communication and learning materials that help employees understand the value of data and adopt new ways of working. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to change management, internal communication, digital collaboration tools, and data-related initiatives while working with stakeholders across different countries and functions. Your Key Responsibilities As part of the Data Office team, you will: Create engaging communication content such as videos, newsletters, articles, and presentations to promote data initiatives. Support the design and rollout of training and awareness campaigns to help employees build their data knowledge. Help translate technical or data-related topics into clear and accessible messages for non-expert audiences. Develop and maintain internal collaboration spaces (SharePoint sites, communities, knowledge-sharing platforms). Contribute to skills mapping, job descriptions, and other initiatives supporting the development of data capabilities across the organization. Monitor engagement and adoption of communication initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Your Profile We are looking for a motivated young professional eager to learn and grow in an international environment. You are: A recent graduate (Master's degree) in Communication, Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Management Curious and interested in how organizations drive change and transformation. A strong communicator, able to explain complex ideas in a simple and engaging way. Creative and comfortable creating presentations, visual materials, or digital content. Organized, proactive, and able to manage several projects simultaneously. Comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders and working in a multicultural environment. Technical Skills Good command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience with content creation, visualization tools, or SharePoint is a plus. An interest in data, digital transformation, or change management would be an advantage.
