Job summary

* Support Local Compliance Officer, primarily in relation to financial security (AML/KYC - Know Your Customer & onboarding).
Other areas of compliance include:
* monitoring of incoming EU regulation (check of market standards and approach in France or other states);
* preparation of impact analysis of new regulations
* communication with central team in Paris
* implementing and performing controls within relevant compliance areas
* Investigate alerts and make compliance decisions;
* Update and maintain a compliance risk map, as well as other compliance documents;
* supporting the preparation of various reports to the Amundi group or to the Authorities.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Law, Economics/Finance, Compliance

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Experience

Experience in compliance/legal/operational risk in financial institution would be appreciated

Required skills

Knowledge of the following subjects would be appreciated:
o AML directives and rules;
o Market Integrity (MAR);
o Investor Protection (MiFID II);
o Ethics/Governance within financial institutions;
o ESG.
Fluent English.
Attention to details/Quick learner
Ability to work under short deadline
High precision in all written and verbal communication
Ability to work in multicultural environment

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint MS Teams)
- AI advanced user
