Apprentice HRBP
Location: Barcelona, Spain

Take on this role in the Spain country HR team, working closely with business leaders and the other HR colleagues. An excellent opportunity to step forward in your professional path!

Your key responsibilities
* Be a true HR professional working hand to hand with the whole team, with proactiveness and able to discuss and tackle business needs in order to translate them into action plans and solutions.
* Actively contribute to different global, regional, and local HR initiatives for the different divisions of the Company, with a focus on Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition programs.
* Own the full hiring process for Trainees & Apprentices roles based in Barcelona. Work very closely with hiring managers, managing the candidate pipeline effectively with the help of our recruitment tools and policies, engaging and guiding candidates all the way through the offer stage.
* Participate in Events and Employer Branding projects with Universities and Key Candidates Populations, as well as in internal events.
* Handle operational issues related to new joiners onboarding through our internal systems & procedures.

We value:
* Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or similar degree.
* Advanced level in English and Spanish, additional languages will be appreciated.
* Experience managing recruitment processes will be a plus, preferably in a multinational organization or Head-Hunting Consultancy.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Sound judgement and problem-solving ability at all levels. Positive attitude with determination and urgency.
* Organized and meticulous when it comes to detail, especially where others may overlook.
* Able to adapt to a fast moving, dynamic and multicultural environment where things change quickly.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
