In a phase of hyper-growth, LumApps must industrialize its expertise. This role goes beyond traditional support: you are the Technical Scalability Architect and the AI Expert for our EMEA partner ecosystem.
Your Mission is Threefold:
* Technical Gatekeeper: Act as the guardian of technical standards to ensure high-quality entry and integration.
* GenAI Deployment: Implement Generative AI solutions to automate knowledge sharing and support processes.
* Knowledge Transformation: Turn every interaction into a permanent asset, empowering our partners to be 100% autonomous.
The Ultimate Goal:
Your work will drive the implementation of an automated documentation system designed to achieve several Key Results:
* Boost Partner Autonomy: Empower partners to solve challenges independently.
* Deflect Support Requests: Significantly reduce the volume of incoming partner queries.
* Drive Business Growth: Increase overall business volume through streamlined operations.
* Elevate Deployment Quality: Ensure higher standards and consistency across all implementations.

AI Implementation & Automation
* Deploy and Administer AI Tools: Leverage advanced tools to automate partner responses and build intelligent agents designed to assist in deployment.
* Shift to Self-Resolution: Transition from traditional manual support to an AI-augmented self-resolution engine, ensuring instant and scalable assistance.
Ecosystem Gatekeeping
* Technical Entry Qualification: Act as the primary filter for technical inquiries, enforcing the "Support Protocol" and ensuring high-quality input.
* Partner Education: Train partners on rigorous auditing standards (e.g., HAR logs, technical context) to streamline troubleshooting.
* Resource Protection: Sanctuarize the time of our R&D and Internal Support teams by resolving issues upstream.
Knowledge Engineering
* Trend Identification: Analyze partner needs to identify recurring technical trends and knowledge gaps.
* Expert Content Creation: Produce high-level technical articles, "Deep-Dive" documentation, and "snack-style" video tutorials (Loom).
* Source of Truth: Build and maintain the ultimate technical Source of Truth on our dedicated portal, "The Hive."
Expertise Bridge
* Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Solution Engineering (CSE) team to validate complex designs and API/SDK integrations.
* Alignment: Ensure seamless consistency between the Product Vision and the technical realities of the field.
*Skills*
* Currently studying Computer Science, IT Management, or a related technical field.
* Technical DNA: Familiarity with SaaS architectures, APIs, and Identity Providers (Azure Entra ID, Okta, Google OIDC).
* Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, written documentation.
* Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory for EMEA scope) and French, german fluency is a plus.
* Mindset: You don't like answering the same question twice. You prefer building a system that answers for you.
