Job Description

You are joining the GBO Accounting team, which is looking for a Business Process Analyst for a 2-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
As a Business Process Analyst, you will participate in the deployment of a converged accounting controls methodology across all Natixis entities worldwide.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Performing performance analyses of processes (bottlenecks, operational risks, redundancies, manual tasks...);
* Proposing process improvements (simplification, automation, standardization) with the Business Process Expert;
* Participating in information gathering from business teams (interviews, workshops, review of existing documentation);
* Contributing to process mapping (diagrams, workflows, BPMN, etc.).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+4/5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance. You are recognized for your logical thinking, your rigor, and your curiosity. You possess excellent writing, interpersonal, and synthesis skills. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
