You will be based in Paris at the headquarters, working in a team of 8 people (3 sysadmins and 5 support technicians) across 3 different locations.

The sysadmin serves as the primary point of contact between users and the IT department. They are responsible for access management, user support, and the setup and maintenance of IT equipment. Additionally, they contribute to projects aimed at enhancing sysadmin services, such as VPN, Active Directory, network infrastructure, and security.
Your role will involve supporting all (COMPANY NAME) employees by delivering top-quality services and assistance across various domains, including software, hardware, and network issues.
A portion of your time will be dedicated to devising solutions within the framework of the proposed system administration service, in collaboration with other senior system administrators.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 💪

- key projects building and delivery
- Management, installation and maintenance of computer equipment (workstations, peripherals)
- Administration and operation of servers
- Assistance in the management, installation and maintenance of software
- Assistance and technical support (hardware and software) to users
- Management of backups on internal applications and servers
- Introduction of IT resources to new users
- Awareness of users on computer security and best practice rules
- Assistance and technical support to users for the use of video-projection and video-conferencing facilities
- Manage Onboardings / Outboardings
- Preparation and management of the laptops
- Inventory management
- Order management
