Your Missions

Project 1

* Compliance assessment of ingredients, formulas, and claims in accordance with regulations applicable to food supplements.
* Support for market entry procedures for food supplements currently under development.
* Assistance in structuring regulatory tools and creating summary and training materials.

Project 2

* Participate in claim validation for various Luxe Division brands (Biotherm, Lancôme, Kiehl's, etc.) across multiple communication channels (packaging, point-of-sale advertising, TV, press, and digital media).
* Work in close collaboration with brand marketing teams, laboratories, and the finished product evaluation team to ensure the robustness of claim substantiation.
* Support the development of regulatory processes to ensure compliance throughout the value chain for the Group's outsourced products.
* Contribute to drafting internal guidelines/position papers to support claim validation while accounting for local specificities.
* Provide support to laboratories and the scientific departments of subsidiaries.

Project 3

Mission Description: The primary mission will be to support the outsourcing project of the "Home Fragrance" activity (candles, diffusers, sprays) and to ensure the long-term sustainability of the relationship with our external partner.
* Outsourcing Project Steering: Participation in key organizational stages of the "Home Fragrance" activity with the external service provider.
* Partner Relationship Management: Serving as the daily point of contact for the partner.
* Document Management: Organizing documentation to make tools accessible to all stakeholders and optimizing document flows.
* Country Tracking: Creating country-specific monitoring sheets based on provider data to summarize obligations for each product type.
* Process Optimization: Analyzing current workflows to identify and implement improvement solutions.

Project 4

* Monitoring of regulatory developments, scoping, and communication.
* Management of the regulatory tracking tool (Power BI).
* Project management and operational follow-up.
* Implementation of learnings regarding regulatory processes.

Project 5

* Claim Expertise: Contribution to the assessment of regulatory and media risks for claims on various international and local (France) product communication materials, in collaboration with development laboratories and marketing teams.
* Support Function: Interaction with regional and country scientific and techno-regulatory departments to help adapt communications locally and build registration dossiers or justifications for authority requests.
* Cross-functional Work: Drafting position papers on specific claims, summary documents, competitive analyses, and participating in working groups.
* Regulatory Support (to be defined).

Project 6

* Monitoring regulatory evolutions and preparing the implementation strategy.
* Regulatory Scoping: Drafting guidelines and procedures.
* Operational follow-up and project management.

Skills you will develop in this role: Project management in a scientific environment, complex data analysis, regulatory rigor, scientific communication, and collaboration with experts from multiple disciplines (chemistry, biology, toxicology).

Your Profile
* You are a Master's student (Year 4/5) at a university or engineering school (specializing in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, cosmetic), looking for a one-year apprenticeship.
* You are able to provide an apprenticeship or professionalization contract issued by a training organization.
* You are fluent in English and French.
* You are proficient in project management and comfortable with the Office Pack (notably Excel and PowerPoint).
* You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, are creative and proactive, excellent in communication (briefs, relationships, presentations), organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
