Administrative Trainee - Finance

YOUR CHALLENGES:
* Supporting equipment purchase management, cooperation and follow-up with engineers
* Maintenance of databases and standard reports linked with engineers (purchases, resources, projects, contracts)
* Preparation of data for presentations to site management and product group management
* Intercompany flows management (invoicing, alignment with foreign partners, follow-up)

LET´S TALK ABOUT YOU:
* You are a University student, ideally in the area of economics
* You have experience with MS Office or Google Workspace(Excel)
* English on good level (spoken and written)
* Good organizational and communication skills
