In order to support the Eurodrone Materiel Services Team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Working Student in Department Eurodrone Materiel Services (d/f/m)

You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and want to get to know the work of Airbus. Then apply now! We look forward to you supporting us in Eurodrone Materiel Services (TASME3) as a working student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week!

* Duration: 12 months

Definition working student

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis. This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.
Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Logistic Guidance Conference (LGC) preparation and support
* Support in the analysis and the compilation of Suppliers data received for Material Services @ Eurodrone.
* Contribute to the ILS process implemented to monitor Suppliers contractual deliveries (DRLs).
* Coordinate, clarify, simplify and consolidate the information received.
* Participate in monthly reviews.
* Provide support in the optimization and visualization of Suppliers data received for Material Services @ Eurodrone.

Eurodrone Material Services
* Participate in the preparation of internal and external meetings.
* Learn and identify Process Methods & Tools (PMT) opportunities within the organization.

Collaboration and Communication
* Present findings to team members and align understanding in a clear and engaging manner.
* Collaborate with other teams and support groups to share knowledge.

Desired skills and qualifications

* Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of supply chain, mathematics, computer science or an equivalent field of study.
* Basic understanding of Supply Chain, Supplier contract and database concepts.
* Familiarity with data compilation and ERP (knowledge of SAP is a plus).
* Willingness to learn about Supplier contract implementation,
* Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
* A proactive attitude and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
