Stellenbeschreibung

We are looking for a highly reliable and structured Operations Assistant to support us with day-to-day logistics and customer communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, solution-oriented way and wants to gain deeper insight into how an independent fashion brand operates.

The position would start as a Minijob or working student role, with the possibility to develop into a part-time position with increased hours in the long term.

Your responsibilities:
* Creating shipping labels and invoices (Shopify / shipping tools)
* Monitoring shipments and handling delivery issues (e.g. failed deliveries, customs/import fees, lost parcels)
* Proactively reaching out to customers regarding shipping issues
* Communicating with shipping providers and handling claims
* Customer support
* Supporting returns and logistics processes
* Keeping track of important documents (e.g. proof of delivery)
* General operational support in day-to-day business

Profil

What we're looking for:
* Highly structured and reliable way of working
* Strong attention to detail and ability to think logically
* Proactive mindset - you don't wait, you solve
* Comfortable handling systems, tools, and operational processes
* Confident in communicating with customers
* Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
* Ideally: first experience in e-commerce
* Based in Berlin (on-site work required)
