YOUR MISSION:

Join us in reimagining customer experience with Agentic AI. As an Enterprise Engagement Manager (f/m/d) at Parloa, you are a core driver of customer success, value realization and satisfaction of our enterprise customers. You will manage a portfolio of customers, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and ongoing value realization with a consultative and customer-first approach.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

* Build strong, trust-based relationships and credibility across key stakeholders-represent Parloa as a reliable and value-driving partner.
* Drive customer outcomes-build success plans, track KPIs, monitor progress, and translate results into business insights.
* Oversee implementations-manage cross-functional teams and timelines to ensure smooth, on-time go-lives.
* Proactively manage renewals and identify growth opportunities across accounts, including new use cases and departments.
* Make value visible through strong communication and translating outcomes into impactful messages.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

* 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or similar role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* A proactive, growth mindset and eagerness to learn-comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure smooth execution and follow-through.
* A genuine interest in AI, automation, and customer experience innovation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
