Position Summary
1. Maximize sales by commercializing (designing-in) the products that is optimized for the client's requirement through market and technology trends analysis.
2. Support the mass production of the best products and product sales by discussing the technology and specifications of the new product with the client and participating in the development of a customized product.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Product specifications discussion] Discuss the details of the product specifications with the client based on the market and technology analysis.
2. [Commercialization support] Provide product supports (engineer samples, client samples) for each product development phase for commercialization and technical support for clients and product review.
3. [Trend detection] Suggest strategies aimed at market share expansion through comparative analysis of industry's, competitors' and the company's own technology.
4. [Product marketing] Carry out the commercialization of the product through promoting in-house new technologies and products.
5. [Line-up strategy setting] Participate in building the detailed line-ups of each product and short-term strategy by working with the client and other departments.

Skills and Qualifications

* Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
* Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
* Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
* Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
* Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
