Our Group Information Security Management Team is looking for You!

Your responsibilities

* General
* Participation in internal and external committees and acting as representative of the new Security and Resilience organization.
* Own overarching projects in coordination with the security officer in connection with physical and information security, such as standardization and digitization.
* Monitoring and reporting of security metrics and incidents to the security officer.
* Physical Security
* Creating and updating security concepts for the individual Uniper (office) locations, also regarding the NIS2 and KRITIS umbrella law.
* Continuously identifying physical security vulnerabilities and define appropriate safeguard measures.
* Executing regular audits of the sites served with regard to physical and digital security measures and processes.
* Acting as contact person for needs-oriented and cross-sectional advice and support in all sub-areas of physical security, such as the development, implementation and monitoring of physical and digital security measures.
* Information Security
* Fulfilling the ISMS tasks within the assigned area of responsibility.
* Acting as contact person and supporting questions related to information security in the assigned area of responsibility, considering physical security aspects as well.
* Preparing and participating in internal audits and continuous improvement processes.
* Assessing the compliance level of security measures for IT and other building technology systems, such as access control systems, video surveillance, alarm systems, etc.
* Emergency Management
* Preparing and supporting the sites for emergency management readiness.
* Planning and implementing recurring tests and exercises of emergency management.

Your profile

* Degree in the field of information technology, security technology or a comparable qualification and professional experience with a focus on security technology.
* Relevant security or risk-related experience (e.g., security services, physical security, loss prevention, risk management, inventory management, investigations, supply chain, auditing, compliance, or similar).
* Good knowledge of ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems).
* 5 + years' experience with security systems, such as access control systems, video surveillance, alarm systems, security incident management.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements for utilities and critical infrastructure.
* Strong organizational and communication skills as well as cross-departmental cooperation.
* Class B driving licence.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Teamplayer.
* Willingness to travel.
* Certifications (desirable but not mandatory)
* ISO 27001 Foundation or Practitioner.
* CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional).
* Emergency Management Certificates
