CC Portfolio Strategy Supervisor

We are looking for "CC Portfolio Strategy Supervisor" to join our team.
DO YOU HAVE?
* Higher education in Marketing / Management / Business
* Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in marketing and project management
* Good project management and analytical skills, ability to combine data from various sources into a single conclusive and insightful picture
* Ability to independently make decisions, solve problems, stay resilient under pressure
* Ability to adapt in a fast pace changing environment
* Very good knowledge of Armenian & English is mandatory, knowledge of Russian is a plus
* Experience with launching new products is a plus

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

* Co-develop short- and long-term product portfolio growth strategy: analyze various market data and forecast trends to discover opportunity areas, suggest product portfolio solutions to drive share of market and profitability growth.
* Co-manage existing CC portfolio performance: continuously analyze performance and brand family, subfamily and SKU level, suggest and help implementing corrective actions.
* Ensure portfolio plan execution: follow PMI NPL process and manage relevant stakeholders across the organization to bring new / revamped products to market in accordance with targeted dates, manage out SKUs upon decision. Manage related LOGD and LOMD costs.
* Contribute to commercial deployment plan development and execution: as a part of CC team, co-create brand specific marketing plans for PMI brand portfolio, set deployment objectives, lead the execution of relevant parts of the plan.
* Support knowledge-based decision making: champion adult smokers' insights agenda, set up, run and derive conclusions from country-level initiated studies, support regional Data Insights & Analytics team in their studies
