Retention Strategy Execution
* Execute the User Retention Strategy by deploying effective, channelspecific mechanics and actionable plans designed to retain existing consumers.
* Refine, maintain, and further develop multidimensional segmentation models -leveraging diverse analytical methodologies to unlock insights, enhance targeting, and boost customer lifetime value.
* Analyze consumer databases, engagement metrics, and journey signals to identify retention opportunities and define Next Best Actions.
* Prepare clear, structured program briefs for frontline channels and coordinate asset development with internal teams and external agencies.
* Deliver concise reports, insights, and recommendations to support KPI/OPI achievement and continuous program optimization.
* Monitor retention program performance against defined KPIs, ensuring timely coursecorrections and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Collaborate closely with Acquisition, Direct Retail, Marketing, Digital, Commercial
Planning, and Legal & External Affairs teams to secure seamless and synchronized execution across touchpoints.
* Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, PMI procedures, EA guidelines, and the Marketing Code.
Do you have?
* University degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
* Experience in marketing, CRM or commercial roles, ideally with exposure to consumer retention
* Strong project management capabilities and a track record of launching new initiatives or tools
* Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into meaningful insights and actions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills
* High sense of ownership, structured approach, and commitment to consumercentric execution
