Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Junior Business Analyst with experience in Custody and/or Trade Support to join one of our clients in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

* Gather and document business requirements.

* Analyze and improve operational processes.

* Translate business needs into functional requirements.

* Support UAT, defect follow-up, and implementation activities.

* Collaborate with business, operations, and IT stakeholders.

* Maintain process documentation and support change initiatives.

Profile

* 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a banking operations role.

* Experience in Custody, Securities Services, or Trade Support.

* Understanding of the securities trade lifecycle and post-trade processes.

* Experience with requirements gathering and testing.

* Strong analytical and communication skills.

* Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.

* Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
