How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
ANALISTA DE LICITAÇÃO
* Prospecção de Oportunidades: Monitoramento de avisos e obtenção de editais junto a órgãos públicos; triagem e direcionamento estratégico de negócios para o Departamento Comercial, com acompanhamento diário para retorno sobre a viabilidade de participação.
* Análise Técnica de Editais: Leitura, interpretação e avaliação criteriosa de editais, com foco na identificação antecipada de requisitos de habilitação, critérios de participação e análise de riscos.
* Gestão Documental: Organização, preparação e montagem minuciosa dos processos licitatórios; interface com outros departamentos para a coleta de informações e documentos necessários à conformidade da empresa.
* Acompanhamento Processual: Monitoramento diário das etapas licitatórias, incluindo o protocolo de impugnações, pedidos de esclarecimento, contrarrazões e pedidos de reconsideração.
* Propostas e Cadastramento: Elaboração e cadastro de propostas comerciais em sistemas eletrônicos e presenciais.
* Análise de Concorrência: Avaliação criteriosa da documentação de empresas concorrentes, visando identificar irregularidades passíveis de recurso administrativo.
* Controle e Relatórios: Lançamento diário de dados e informações detalhadas em sistema de gestão (ERP), garantindo a integridade dos dados para a extração de relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho.
