O que este cargo envolve:
Atuar na operação, instalação e manutenção de sistemas eletromecânicos prediais, garantindo o funcionamento seguro e eficiente das instalações elétricas e de refrigeração. Este profissional contribui diretamente para a continuidade das operações, confiabilidade dos equipamentos e cumprimento dos padrões técnicos e de segurança.

Como será seu dia a dia:
* Interpretar projetos elétricos e mecânicos aplicados às instalações prediais
* Instalar, operar e manter sistemas elétricos destinados à geração, transmissão e distribuição de energia elétrica predial
* Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em sistemas elétricos e de refrigeração
* Instalar e operar equipamentos de refrigeração predial
* Identificar falhas, realizar ajustes e substituições de componentes quando necessário
* Elaborar e reportar periodicamente relatórios técnicos de manutenção

Qualificações Obrigatórias:
* Curso técnico concluído em Eletromecânica
* Experiência anterior em manutenção de sistemas de ar-condicionado
* Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de projetos elétricos e mecânicos
* Vivência em manutenção predial

Qualificações Desejáveis:
* Conhecimento em sistemas de refrigeração predial
* Familiaridade com normas técnicas e de segurança
* Experiência com elaboração de relatórios técnicos
