The Brazil Inbound team (BRIO) is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of products from suppliers to distribution centers, maintaining appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demand. Within BRIO, the Sub Same Day pillar represents one of our most strategic and customer-centric initiatives, requiring intelligent inventory positioning and agile replenishment strategies. The Sub Same Day Replenishment Manager position will own the end-to-end management of inventory placement and inbound strategies to support the ultra-fast delivery commitments of our Sub Same Day business.

The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic inventory decisions and implement scalable solutions that directly impact customer experience and operational performance. They have a strong track record of delivering results in a cross-functional environment, leading through influence and data-driven insights, and thrive in a fast-paced setting working with large datasets, solving complex problems related to inventory placement, network capacity, and inbound flow optimization, while building strong partnerships with transportation, warehouse operations, and network planning teams.

Key job responsibilities
As a Sub Same Day Replenishment Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of inventory placement and inbound operations for the Sub Same Day network. You will develop and implement replenishment strategies that optimize inventory positioning across our ultra-fast delivery network, drive inbound capacity planning and scheduling to ensure timely product availability, lead inventory placement decisions that balance speed, cost, and selection, analyze demand patterns and partner with forecasting teams to anticipate inventory needs, identify and implement process improvements and standardization across the network, build and maintain strong relationships with operations, transportation, and planning teams to ensure seamless execution of replenishment strategies, and develop mechanisms to measure and improve key performance indicators related to inventory positioning and inbound efficiency.

Profil requis du candidat:

- Bachelor's Degree;
- Program or project management experience;
- Supply chain experience;
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements;
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership;
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience driving process improvements;
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
