Job Description:

The Consultant, Delivery & Implementation is a client-facing individual contributor responsible for supporting and executing implementation and onboarding engagements for financial institutions and fintech clients in Brazil. The role focuses on predictable, high-quality delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and successful go-live outcomes. The Consultant operates under guidance from senior team members while progressively taking ownership of defined workstreams.
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
* 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 3-5 years of experience in consulting, delivery, implementation, operations, or technology-enabled projects.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; working proficiency in English is required.
* Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Be based in Brazil
